Check cable connection and enable OTG on some phones (e.g., *v*i*v*o*, *O*P*P*O*).

Monitoring volume is low

By default, output is set to “Microphone”. To increase monitor volume, switch to “Monitor Output” in the BOYA Central App.

The microphone doesn’t power on

The battery may be exhausted from storage. Please charge the device to power it on.

No sound

If the status light is slowly blinking red, the microphone is muted. Please unmute it.
