Sound bar sounds amazing and I haven’t even used the app or tuned it yet. I also have a Sonos arc original for comparison comes with a plug for another universe so you’ll have to buy an America plug 😉

    I mean I wished you mention the power plug was Australian from down under. Got so happy to set it up and notice one thing wrong with the picture. Then I was like,” fudge cakes” now I have to order the power plug for u.s outlets. So I ended up adding 10 bucks more and waiting till 2 days to get it. If I knew I would have just ordered the power plug ahead of time.

    Not as described and ordered. The unit ordered was clearly described as being BLACK. The one received was WHITE. Additionally, the included power cord was for a foreign power grid and is not compatible with a US outlet. If you purchase this for US use, you need to buy an additional US-compatible power cord. Once I got the correct power cord attached it worked great. Still disappointing that I wanted and ordered a black one and received a white one. Adding insult to injury, there is a no return policy, so I'm stuck with it. Also, the packaging was severly damaged, but fortunately the soundbar was not affected and I would agree in excellent condition. Lesson learned; it was a quality item at a good price, but having not sent me the soundbar described (wrong color), not providing the correct power cord, and the no return policy, I would never knowingly buy anything from this seller again.
