How do I pair the Nanoleaf 4D V2 with the Nanoleaf Mobile App?

Make sure your phone runs iOS 16.5+ or Android 9+ with Bluetooth on and location enabled (Android). Connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, power on the controller, open the Nanoleaf App, and scan the code or enter the 11-digit pairing code to complete setup.

What should I do if my Nanoleaf 4D V2 is not detected?

Reset the controller and try again. While the device is powered on, press and hold the Power and Color Scene buttons for 10 seconds. Then reopen the Nanoleaf App and pair again. Make sure Bluetooth is on and you’re using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

Any tips for calibrating the Nanoleaf 4D V2?

Ensure device requirements met, have 11-digit code ready, use 2.4GHz Wi-Fi & Bluetooth. Follow in-app guide after pairing for best light-mapping.

Can I pair Nanoleaf 4D V2 with Apple Home?

Yes. Open the Apple Home app, tap Add Accessory, and select Search Nearby Devices. When Nanoleaf 4D V2 appears, follow the prompts. If needed, enter the 11-digit pairing code manually to finish setup.
